This course meets the training requirements for OSHA 29 CFR 1910.12. This training is required to work on hazardous waste sites in Washington State which require only the use of an air purifying respirator (Level C) and involves certification. It is designed to provide workers with both classroom and hands-on training sufficient to assure the highest level of retention. Topics covered:

Completion of the Hazardous Waste Worker course is a prerequisite for the Supervisor class. The course covers supervisor responsibilities and provides additional leadership and communication skills.
